3.5. The Government, its departments and bodies or agencies that are mandataries of the State are bound by Chapters II and III of the Act and the regulations under those chapters.

3.5. The Government, its departments and agencies, as mandataries of the State, are bound, with respect to buildings, their facilities for public use and their installations independent of a building and intended to use, store or distribute gas, their petroleum equipment installations and electrical installations independent of a building, by Chapter II of the Act and by the Regulations under that Chapter.
